Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@shaniyashennaatelier.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shaniyashennaatelier.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a replacement or a full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to make changes to the address for a return, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shaniyashennaatelier.com. Address changes can only be made before the return is processed.
